The Terms and Conditions set out below, govern the use of Ayurdeva™ website/online Service including shopping and participation in promotions run by Ayurdeva™. You can access the Terms and Conditions at any time from the bottom of any page of the site. Please read our terms and conditions carefully, as making a purchase or becoming a member signifies acceptance of these terms.
Ordering By submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions including but not limited to our shipping and refund policies. Ayurdeva™ reserve the right to cancel orders at any time. Wholesale orders via our website will not be accepted. All promotions, sales and codes will finish on the specified date according to AEST. Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time. Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery. Orders can only be placed with Ayurdeva™ by persons with capacity to contract who are over the age of 18.
Returns At Ayurdeva™, we endeavour to have your product to you in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Should you wish to make a claim for a refund for either products damaged in transport or incorrect goods received, please note, this must be done within 7 days of receiving your goods via email to info@ayurdeva.com.au. After your request in writing for an exchange or refund is received, we shall either re-supply the item/s, or refund the relevant invoice. Importantly it is your responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening. Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply or credit if the goods are unopened & in their original condition. Please note, Ayurdeva™ will not provide a refund for change of mind on an item, so please choose carefully.
Changing your order after placement Amendments to orders may be made by contacting us by telephone on 0466 146 147 or via email to info@ayurdeva.com.au If your order has already been dispatched, we regret that we will not be able to exchange the product.
Payment Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using a secure online Visa and MasterCard transaction facility or alternatively via PayPal. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.
Pricing All pricing is displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). In the interest of fairness to consumers and retailers our products are set at recommended retail pricing. From time to time, Ayurdeva™ may elect to support our online customers and offer promotions and discounts. Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice.

Shipping within Australia A flat rate of $AU10 is charged for delivery within Australia. Orders over $AU150 will receive free delivery. Whilst every effort is taken to dispatch orders in under 24 hours, please allow 5 to 7 business days within Australia for your products to arrive.
